Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF649, a member of the zinc finger transcription factor family, has gained attention due to its potential roles in gene regulation, cell differentiation, and development. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various biological processes, but the precise mechanisms underlying its function remain largely unexplored. Specifically, ZNF649 has been implicated in modulating transcriptional networks associated with cell fate decisions, though its target genes and pathways are not fully characterized. The expression pattern of ZNF649 across different tissues suggests its significance in both normal physiology and disease contexts, including cancer. Researchers are increasingly interested in recombinantly producing ZNF649 protein to facilitate in vitro studies aimed at elucidating its structure-function relationship. By generating this protein, scientists aim to investigate its binding properties, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other cellular components. Such studies are crucial for understanding the biological roles of ZNF649 and may uncover novel therapeutic targets for diseases where its dysregulation is implicated. As the demand for recombinant proteins in functional studies continues to rise, platforms for efficient expression and purification of ZNF649 will be instrumental in advancing our knowledge of this intriguing transcription factor.
