Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBB4B, a member of the tubulin family, encodes a key component of the cytoskeleton, playing a vital role in microtubule dynamics and cellular structure. Mutations in the TUBB4B gene have been linked to various neurological disorders, including hypomyelination and complex spastic paraparesis, highlighting its significance in neuronal function and development. Research on TUBB4B recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential to elucidate the mechanisms underlying these diseases, as well as to provide insights into microtubule stability and cellular transport. The use of recombinant technology allows for the production of high-purity TUBB4B proteins, facilitating in vitro studies that explore their interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, understanding the structural and functional properties of TUBB4B through recombinant proteins can help in developing therapeutic strategies for associated disorders. As such, TUBB4B continues to be a focal point in neurobiological research, emphasizing the importance of cytoskeletal proteins in maintaining cellular integrity and function.
