Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of GR (glucocorticoid receptor) recombinant proteins is rooted in the need to understand the molecular mechanisms of glucocorticoid action in various physiological and pathological processes. Glucocorticoids are steroid hormones that play critical roles in regulating inflammation, immune responses, and metabolism. They exert their effects by binding to the GR, a type of nuclear receptor that, upon activation, interacts with specific DNA sequences to modulate gene expression. Research into GR recombinant proteins allows scientists to explore the structure-function relationship of this receptor, investigate its signaling pathways, and identify potential drug targets for treating diseases such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, and metabolic syndromes. Moreover, the production of recombinant GR proteins facilitates high-throughput screening of novel compounds, enabling the development of selective modulators that could minimize side effects associated with traditional glucocorticoid therapies. As the understanding of GR biology advances, the use of these recombinant proteins becomes increasingly important in both basic research and clinical applications, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies.
