Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSSC1 (Tumor Suppressor Candidate 1) is a gene that has garnered significant interest in cancer research due to its potential role as a tumor suppressor. Initial studies indicated that TSSC1 expression is frequently downregulated in various cancer types, suggesting its involvement in tumorigenesis. The protein encoded by TSSC1 is believed to participate in cell growth regulation and apoptosis, making it a critical factor in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Research has shown that TSSC1 may interact with several key signaling pathways, including those involved in cell cycle regulation and stress responses, further highlighting its importance in cancer biology. Given its significant association with tumor suppression, the development of TSSC1 recombinant proteins has become a focal point for studies aiming to elucidate its functional mechanisms and therapeutic potential. By generating and characterizing these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to better understand how TSSC1 contributes to cancer progression and to explore its viability as a target for novel cancer treatments. This research not only sheds light on the molecular basis of cancer but also opens up new avenues for therapeutic strategies that could enhance patient outcomes.
