Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXW7 is a critical member of the F-box protein family, which plays a significant role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, primarily functioning as a substrate recognition component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box) ubiquitin ligase complex. The FBXW7 protein mediates the degradation of several key regulatory proteins involved in cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and cellular signaling pathways, including oncogenes like NOTCH, c-MYC, and cyclin E. Given its pivotal role in regulating protein turnover and its tumor suppressor function, mutations or dysregulation of FBXW7 have been implicated in various cancers, making it a focal point in cancer research. Studies have shown that loss-of-function mutations in FBXW7 are linked to poor prognosis in several malignancies, emphasizing its importance as a potential therapeutic target. Recent research has focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying FBXW7 function, its role in tumorigenesis, and how reconstitution of its activity could serve as a promising strategy for cancer treatment. Additionally, recombinant FBXW7 proteins have been developed for structural and functional studies, enabling researchers to explore its interactions with substrates and other components of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, thus deepening our understanding of its biological significance and potential interventions in cancer therapy.
