Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSGA10IP (Testis-specific GTPase Activating protein 10 interacting protein) is a protein that has garnered significant interest in the fields of reproductive biology and cancer research due to its potential roles in spermatogenesis and tumorigenesis. As a member of the testis-specific gene family, TSGA10IP is primarily expressed in the testes, suggesting a critical function in male fertility. Recent studies have indicated that it may interact with various signaling pathways that regulate cell differentiation and proliferation, making it a potential biomarker for certain cancers. The understanding of TSGA10IP's structure and function could provide insights into its involvement in testicular development and its implications in testicular germ cell tumors. Furthermore, the exploration of TSGA10IP as a recombinant protein presents opportunities to study its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and its overall role in cellular processes. These investigations might pave the way for novel therapeutic approaches in treating male infertility and specific cancer types, highlighting the importance of TSGA10IP in both reproductive health and oncology. Overall, the research on TSGA10IP and its recombinant forms is crucial for elucidating the intricate mechanisms underlying male reproductive disorders and developing targeted treatments for associated pathologies.
