Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM81A (Family with Sequence Similarity 81 Member A) is an emerging protein of interest in cellular and molecular biology, primarily due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell signaling and oncogenesis. It is a relatively lesser-known member of the FAM81 family, which is characterized by its presence in multiple tissues and conservation across species, suggesting critical functions. Recent studies have indicated that FAM81A may be involved in the regulation of intracellular signaling pathways, particularly those related to receptor tyrosine kinases and cellular responses to external stimuli. Dysregulation of this protein has been linked to certain cancers and other diseases, highlighting the importance of understanding its molecular mechanisms. Additionally, research into FAM81A recombinant proteins has provided insights into its structural characteristics and interaction networks, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. By characterizing FAM81A through recombinant expression systems, researchers aim to elucidate its functional roles and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, contributing to the broader understanding of its implications in health and disease. Overall, the study of FAM81A and its recombinant forms presents a valuable avenue for uncovering novel insights into cell biology and disease mechanisms.
