Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EPHA10, a member of the Eph receptor family, has garnered increasing interest in biomedical research due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Eph receptors are known for their involvement in cell signaling pathways that regulate important functions such as cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation, which are critical in embryonic development, tissue architecture, and the nervous system. Recent studies have suggested that EPHA10 may also play a pivotal role in cancer development and progression, particularly in various types of tumors, where its expression levels have been correlated with disease outcomes and tumor aggressiveness. The investigation of EPHA10 as a therapeutic target has prompted researchers to explore the cloning and expression of its recombinant protein. Such proteins are essential for functional assays, structural studies, and the development of potential inhibitors or antibodies. By understanding the molecular mechanisms of EPHA10, researchers hope to uncover its precise roles in cancer biology and identify innovative strategies for therapeutic intervention. Overall, the study of EPHA10 recombinant protein represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of its functions and contributions to disease, with implications for developing targeted therapies in oncology.
