Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRMT2A, a member of the tRNA methyltransferase family, plays a crucial role in the post-transcriptional modification of tRNA by catalyzing the transfer of a methyl group to specific adenine residues, which is essential for the stability and proper function of tRNA molecules. Research into TRMT2A has gained prominence due to its implications in various cellular processes, including translation efficiency, stress response, and overall cellular metabolism. Notably, alterations in TRMT2A expression have been associated with multiple diseases, including certain cancers and metabolic disorders. The study of TRMT2A recombinant protein allows for a detailed understanding of its enzymatic mechanisms, substrate specificity, and regulatory roles within the cell. Additionally, characterizing TRMT2A provides valuable insights into the broader landscape of epitranscriptomics, where the chemical modifications of RNA molecules influence gene expression and cellular function. As researchers continue to explore the intricate pathways governed by TRMT2A, the potential for therapeutic interventions targeting this enzyme becomes increasingly relevant, highlighting the importance of further investigation into its structure-function relationship and biological significance.
