Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRMT6 (tRNA methyltransferase 6) is a critical enzyme involved in the modification of tRNA molecules, specifically responsible for the methylation of adenosine at position 37 (A37) in various tRNA species. This modification is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and stability of tRNA, which in turn plays a pivotal role in protein synthesis and overall cellular function. Recent studies have highlighted TRMT6's involvement not only in tRNA maturation but also in cellular responses to stress, regulation of gene expression, and potential implications in various diseases, including cancer. Given its fundamental role in cellular metabolism and gene regulation, TRMT6 has emerged as a target for further research, particularly in understanding its mechanism of action and potential as a therapeutic target. Recombination and expression of the TRMT6 protein allow for detailed studies of its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and interaction with other cellular components. As researchers delve deeper into the functions and regulatory pathways associated with TRMT6, there is increasing interest in its potential as a biomarker for disease and its application in developing novel therapeutic strategies. The recombinant expression of TRMT6 protein not only aids in elucidating its function but also sets the stage for high-throughput screening of small molecules that could modulate its activity, thereby broadening our understanding of tRNA methylation and its implications in health and disease.
