Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM71E1, a member of the FAM71 gene family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initially characterized as a protein expressed in various tissues, research suggests that FAM71E1 is implicated in critical functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The non-classical nature of the gene product raises questions about its involvement in specific signaling pathways and its potential impact on developmental biology and cancer pathology. Studies have shown that FAM71E1 may interact with several key regulatory proteins, suggesting a complex role in the regulation of gene expression and cellular responses to stress. Additionally, its expression patterns in different tumor types indicate a possible association with tumorigenesis and metastasis, making it a target of interest for cancer research. Understanding the recombinant production of FAM71E1 is crucial for elucidating its biological functions, developing therapeutic strategies, and evaluating its potential as a biomarker. This underscores the importance of continued investigation into the molecular mechanisms governed by FAM71E1, offering prospects for novel approaches in treating diseases where this protein is implicated.
