Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IRF8 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 8) is a key transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the differentiation and function of immune cells, particularly in the regulation of myeloid cell development and the adaptive immune response. Research on IRF8 has gained significant attention due to its implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, infections, and cancers. The ability of IRF8 to modulate the expression of genes involved in immune responses makes it an important target for therapeutic interventions. Recombinant IRF8 proteins are increasingly being utilized in experimental studies to investigate their function in immune cell signaling pathways, gene regulation, and cellular processes such as apoptosis and proliferation. By producing and characterizing recombinant IRF8, researchers aim to elucidate its specific roles in immune responses and explore potential pathways for manipulation in disease contexts. These studies contribute to a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying immune regulation and could lead to the development of novel immunotherapeutic strategies that enhance or inhibit immune responses for better health outcomes.
