Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM53B, a member of the FAM53 gene family, is increasingly recognized for its potential role in various cellular processes and disease states, particularly in cancer biology. This gene encodes a protein that is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. Recent studies have shown that FAM53B expression levels can significantly influence tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Furthermore, aberrant regulation of FAM53B has been correlated with poor clinical outcomes in several malignancies, indicating its potential as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. The investigation of FAM53B recombinant protein has gained traction as researchers aim to understand its molecular mechanisms, interactions, and potential as a therapeutic target. Utilizing recombinant techniques allows for the production of FAM53B in sufficient quantities for functional assays and structural studies, facilitating insights into its biological roles. Understanding the pathways associated with FAM53B could unveil critical targets for intervention in various cancers and contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. As research continues to elucidate the precise functions and regulatory mechanisms of FAM53B, it emerges as a promising candidate for further exploration in the context of cancer research and targeted therapy development.
