Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM67, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, immune response, and regulation of protein turnover. TRIM proteins are characterized by their RING finger domain, which is crucial for E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, enabling them to tag substrates for degradation via the proteasome pathway. Dysfunction or dysregulation of TRIM proteins is often linked to various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. TRIM67 specifically has been implicated in the modulation of inflammatory responses and may play a protective role against certain pathogens. Recent studies suggest that TRIM67 may be involved in the maintenance of cellular homeostasis and could influence the progression of diseases characterized by abnormal cellular proliferation or inflammation. Understanding the functional implications of TRIM67 through the production and characterization of recombinant TRIM67 protein is essential for elucidating its biological roles and therapeutic potential. By generating a recombinant form of TRIM67, researchers aim to investigate its interactions with other cellular proteins, its ubiquitination targets, and its overall impact on cellular processes. This research holds promise for uncovering novel therapeutic strategies that harness the regulatory capabilities of TRIM67, particularly in contexts where its activity can be manipulated to restore normal cellular function or inhibit pathological processes.
