Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF45, a member of the zinc finger protein family, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including gene regulation, cell differentiation, and response to environmental stimuli. Research has indicated that ZNF45 is involved in crucial pathways related to developmental biology and disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and other pathologies. The structural characteristics of ZNF45, including its zinc finger motifs, suggest that it may function as a transcription factor, binding to specific DNA sequences to regulate gene expression. Recombinant ZNF45 protein has been increasingly studied for its potential applications in both basic research and therapeutic strategies. The ability to produce ZNF45 as a recombinant protein enables scientists to explore its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in transcriptional regulation. Furthermore, understanding the molecular mechanisms by which ZNF45 operates could provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for certain diseases or as a target for developing novel therapeutic interventions. Given the complexity of gene regulation and the multifaceted roles of zinc finger proteins, ongoing research on ZNF45 is crucial for elucidating its contributions to cellular processes and its implications for human health.
