Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of SCFR (Staphylococcal Cassette Chromosome Factor Regulatory protein) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential implications in microbiology and biotechnology. SCFR is crucial in the horizontal gene transfer mechanisms of Staphylococcus aureus, a pathogen responsible for various infections. Understanding its function and regulatory mechanisms can provide insights into how antibiotic resistance genes are distributed among bacterial populations. Additionally, research into SCFR recombinant proteins focuses on their structural and functional characteristics, which can facilitate the development of novel antimicrobial agents or strategies to combat resistant strains. The ability to produce SCFR in a recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical studies, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with other cellular components and elucidate its role in virulence. Moreover, this research can contribute to the broader understanding of bacterial adaptation and survival in various environments, which is crucial for public health and infection control. The exploration of SCFR proteins offers valuable opportunities for advancing both fundamental scientific knowledge and practical applications in the fight against infectious diseases.
