稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM49L2 is a member of the Tripartite Motif (TRIM) protein family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including immune response, cell proliferation, and stress response. The TRIM proteins are characterized by the presence of a RING finger domain, one or more B-box domains, and a coiled-coil region, allowing them to function as E3 ubiquitin ligases. While much attention has been given to other TRIM family members, TRIM49L2 remains relatively less studied. Recent research has suggested that it may be involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses and may play a role in the immune system's ability to combat viral infections. Additionally, alterations in TRIM49L2 expression have been associated with certain disease states, including autoimmune disorders and cancer, highlighting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Understanding the functional mechanisms of TRIM49L2 through recombinant protein studies could provide valuable insights into its role in cellular processes and its potential implications in health and disease. The production and characterization of TRIM49L2 recombinant proteins can facilitate the study of its interactions with other cellular proteins and elucidate its biological functions, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap surrounding TRIM49L2 by exploring its structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms, which could ultimately contribute to a better understanding of its role in human health and disease.
