Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM166A, also known as family with sequence similarity 166 member A, is a protein that has garnered increasing interest in scientific research due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. Initial studies have suggested that FAM166A may be involved in cellular signaling, apoptosis, and even immune responses. Understanding the function of FAM166A is critical, particularly in the context of cancer biology, where its expression levels have been correlated with tumor progression and metastasis. Researchers have increasingly focused on developing recombinant FAM166A proteins to elucidate its structure-function relationships and to investigate its interactions with other cellular components. The production of recombinant FAM166A proteins allows for the detailed study of its biochemical properties and potential therapeutic applications. Overall, the investigation into FAM166A and its recombinant forms aims to unravel the intricate roles this protein may play in health and disease, paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
