Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM127A, a member of the FAM127 gene family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Preliminary studies have indicated that FAM127A may be involved in signaling pathways that are critical for tumorigenesis and other pathological conditions. The recombinant protein of FAM127A offers a valuable tool for elucidating its biological functions and interactions within cellular systems. Researchers are particularly interested in expressing and purifying FAM127A as a recombinant protein to investigate its structural properties and functional dynamics. This research can provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in disease and development. Furthermore, FAM127A's potential involvement in cancer progression makes it a promising target for therapeutic intervention, necessitating a deeper understanding of its mechanistic pathways. As such, the study of the FAM127A recombinant protein not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of this gene's function but also opens avenues for the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in oncology and related fields.
