稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM126B, a member of the FAM126 gene family, has emerged as a significant focus in molecular and cellular biology due to its potential roles in various physiological processes and diseases. Research indicates that FAM126B may be involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, suggesting its importance in developmental biology and cancer research. Initial studies have associated FAM126B with myelination in the nervous system and have proposed its function in the regulation of membrane trafficking and cellular signaling pathways. Additionally, dysregulation of FAM126B has been linked to several diseases, including neurological disorders and certain types of cancer, underscoring its biomedical relevance. To further elucidate its function and mechanisms, researchers have been expressing and purifying recombinant FAM126B protein. This recombinant protein serves as a crucial tool for studying FAM126B's structure-function relationships, interaction with other cellular proteins, and its potential as a therapeutic target. Advancements in this area could lead to greater understanding of its role in health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies. In summary, the study of recombinant FAM126B protein is pivotal in unraveling the complexities of its biological functions and contributions to pathophysiological conditions.
