Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF343, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in gene regulation and its implications in various biological processes. This protein is characterized by multiple zinc finger motifs, which are known to facilitate DNA binding and interaction with other proteins. Research has suggested that ZNF343 may play a significant role in developmental processes and cellular functions, including differentiation and proliferation. Notably, its involvement in transcriptional regulation has raised interest in understanding how alterations in ZNF343 expression or function might contribute to diseases, particularly cancer. Moreover, the ability to generate recombinant ZNF343 protein offers valuable opportunities for functional studies, enabling researchers to investigate its mechanisms of action. The generation of this recombinant protein allows for in vitro assays to study its effects on gene expression and its interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of ZNF343 can provide insights into its biological roles and potential as a therapeutic target. As research continues to delve into the characteristics and functionalities of ZNF343, it may reveal novel pathways and mechanisms that are crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating gene networks in health and disease. This growing body of work underscores the importance of ZNF343 in molecular biology and its potential applications in disease treatment and biotechnology.
