Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRAPPC6A (Trafficking Protein Particle Complex Subunit 6A) is a member of the TRAPP (Transport Protein Particle) complex, which plays a crucial role in intracellular transport and vesicular trafficking, particularly in the context of the Golgi apparatus and endosomal pathways. Research has indicated that TRAPPC6A is involved in various cellular processes, including the regulation of autophagy, lipid metabolism, and signal transduction. Its significance extends to various medical fields, as mutations or dysfunctions in the TRAPPC6A gene have been associated with neurological disorders and developmental syndromes. Given its essential roles in maintaining cellular homeostasis, TRAPPC6A is being increasingly studied as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for disease. The recombinant expression of TRAPPC6A protein allows for detailed functional studies that can elucidate its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the TRAPP complex. This research not only enhances our understanding of TRAPPC6A's biological functions but also paves the way for developing targeted therapies for diseases linked to its dysfunction.
