Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM124A, a member of the family of proteins characterized by their various biological functions, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its involvement in diverse signaling pathways suggests that FAM124A might play a crucial role in developmental biology and disease pathology, particularly in cancer. Studies have indicated that FAM124A may interact with key molecules involved in cellular signaling and transcriptional regulation, underscoring its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The recombinant expression of FAM124A protein enables researchers to investigate its structural properties and functional dynamics in vitro, providing insights into its mechanistic roles. Furthermore, elucidating the function of FAM124A could pave the way for novel therapeutic targets, particularly in conditions where its dysregulation is implicated. As a result, ongoing research aims to characterize FAM124A through advanced techniques such as X-ray crystallography and mass spectrometry, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological significance. The potential for FAM124A as a biomarker or therapeutic target in cancer and other diseases presents an exciting frontier in molecular biology and biomedical research, emphasizing the need for comprehensive studies on this intriguing protein.
