Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLDN6 (claudin-6) is a member of the claudin family, which comprises essential components of tight junctions that play a crucial role in maintaining epithelial integrity and regulating paracellular permeability. Research on CLDN6 has gained traction due to its involvement in various physiological processes and pathophysiological conditions, such as cancer progression and metastasis, where its expression is often altered. Notably, CLDN6 has emerged as a promising target in cancer immunotherapy, particularly for solid tumors, as it is found to be overexpressed in several malignancies while being minimally expressed in normal tissues. This selective expression pattern makes it an attractive candidate for targeted therapies and the development of vaccines. The recombinant protein of CLDN6 can be produced to facilitate the study of its structure, function, and role in cell signaling pathways. Moreover, generating CLDN6-specific antibodies and exploring its potential as a biomarker for disease prognosis are key areas of ongoing research. The understanding of CLDN6's biological functions and its interactions within the tissue microenvironment could provide valuable insights into novel therapeutic strategies. As such, the study of CLDN6 recombinant protein not only contributes to elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying its action but also holds significant promise for advancing targeted cancer therapies and improving clinical outcomes for patients.
