Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRAM1L1, a member of the TRAM family of proteins, has garnered interest in the field of cellular biology due to its potential roles in cellular transport and signaling mechanisms. Research indicates that TRAM1L1 is predominantly located in the endoplasmic reticulum and plays a critical role in the maintenance of cellular homeostasis and protein folding, which are essential for proper cellular function. Disruptions in its expression or function have been associated with various pathological conditions, suggesting that TRAM1L1 may have implications in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Scientists have been exploring the use of recombinant TRAM1L1 protein to further understand its structure-function relationships and to elucidate the molecular pathways in which it is involved. The generation of recombinant TRAM1L1 allows for in vitro studies that are crucial for identifying potential interactions with other cellular components, as well as for assessing its biochemical properties. These findings could pave the way for developing therapeutic strategies targeting TRAM1L1-related pathways, highlighting the significance of this protein in both basic research and clinical applications.
