Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on TPRT (Thermo-responsive Protein Tag) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential applications in biotechnological and pharmaceutical fields. TPRT is designed based on the principle of thermoresponsiveness, allowing proteins tagged with this sequence to undergo conformational changes in response to temperature fluctuations. This unique property enables the selective purification of proteins through thermal cycling, thus enhancing the efficiency of protein recovery and reducing the need for harsh chemical treatments. Additionally, TPRT can be utilized in gene expression systems to control the solubility and stability of target proteins, allowing for better yields during recombinant protein production. The modularity of the TPRT system facilitates its integration with various protein engineering techniques, making it an invaluable tool for developing novel biosensors, therapeutic proteins, and vaccines. Overall, ongoing research into TPRT not only aims to refine its utility in practical applications but also seeks to provide insights into protein behavior mechanisms under different environmental conditions, potentially paving the way for advancements in protein science and biotechnology.
