  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The TPD52L3 protein, a member of the tumor protein D52 family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential implications in cancer biology and cell signaling. Initially identified in various cancer tissues, TPD52L3 is believed to play a role in tumor progression and metastasis. Research indicates that it may influence cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its expression is often upregulated in multiple cancer types, hinting at its function as a biomarker for diagnosis or prognosis. Furthermore, studies suggest that TPD52L3 interacts with several cellular pathways, including those related to signal transduction and cell cycle regulation, making it a crucial molecule for understanding the molecular underpinnings of tumorigenesis. As such, investigations into the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of TPD52L3 are vital for elucidating its role in cancer and developing targeted therapies. The ongoing exploration of TPD52L3 could pave the way for innovative approaches in cancer treatment, highlighting the importance of this protein in both basic research and clinical applications.
