Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF313, also known as ZNF300, is a member of the Krüppel-like zinc finger protein family, which is characterized by the presence of multiple zinc finger domains that facilitate protein-DNA interactions. Research into ZNF313 has gained traction due to its potential roles in gene regulation, cellular differentiation, and developmental processes. Previous studies have indicated that ZNF313 may be involved in various biological pathways, including those related to stem cell maintenance and tumorigenesis. The significance of this protein is further underscored by its expression patterns in different tissues and its potential association with certain diseases, making it a subject of interest for molecular biologists and medical researchers alike. Furthermore, generating recombinant ZNF313 protein can provide insights into its structure-function relationships, allowing for a better understanding of its mechanisms in transcriptional regulation and its broader implications in health and disease. As such, studies surrounding recombinant ZNF313 are crucial not only for elucidating its biological functions but also for exploring its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker in various clinical contexts.
