Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF307, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has garnered attention due to its potential role in gene regulation and cellular processes. This protein contains multiple zinc finger motifs, which are essential for DNA binding and protein interactions, suggesting that ZNF307 may participate in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling. Recent studies have hinted at its involvement in various biological functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, indicating that it may play significant roles in development and disease. Investigating ZNF307’s structure and function could provide insights into its mechanisms of action, especially in the context of cancer and other disorders where gene regulation is disrupted. However, the recombinant expression of ZNF307 has posed challenges, such as achieving proper folding and ensuring functional activity, making it imperative to optimize expression systems. Understanding the functional implications of ZNF307 through recombinant protein studies may illuminate its potential as a therapeutic target and expand our knowledge of the regulatory networks in which it operates. Thus, research focused on ZNF307 not only contributes to fundamental biological knowledge but also holds promise for clinical applications in the future.
