Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMEM8, a member of the transmembrane protein family, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including cellular signaling and membrane dynamics. Research indicates that TMEM8 might be involved in important physiological mechanisms, such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Furthermore, its expression levels have been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The recombinant protein of TMEM8 has thus become a focal point of investigation, allowing scientists to study its structure-function relationship in vitro. By expressing TMEM8 in suitable host systems, researchers aim to elucidate its precise biological functions and interactions with other cellular components. This is critical for understanding the molecular underpinnings of diseases in which TMEM8 is implicated, offering potential avenues for therapeutic interventions. High-quality recombinant TMEM8 can also facilitate the development of specific antibodies and assays, contributing to the advancement of diagnostic tools in clinical settings. Consequently, the study of TMEM8 recombinant protein is a promising area of research that combines aspects of molecular biology, biochemistry, and medical science, with significant implications for future therapeutic strategies.
