Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EPB41L3, a member of the erythrocyte membrane protein band 4.1 family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. This protein is involved in the regulation of the cytoskeleton and the maintenance of cell membrane structure, which are crucial for the integrity of various cell types. Studies have indicated that EPB41L3 plays a role in cell signaling, adhesion, and migration, key factors in developmental biology and cancer metastasis. Given its influence on cell behavior, researchers have been investigating the utility of EPB41L3 as a biomarker for certain cancers and other pathological conditions. Additionally, the recombinant expression of EPB41L3 allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies, aiding in a better understanding of its functional properties and potential interactions with other cellular components. Understanding the structure-function relationship of EPB41L3, along with its influence on cellular dynamics, could provide novel insights into therapeutic targets for cancer and other diseases linked to cytoskeletal abnormalities. This research underscores the importance of EPB41L3 in cellular homeostasis and its emerging potential in medical applications, prompting a more in-depth exploration of its role in health and disease.
