  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ZNF12, or Zinc Finger Protein 12, is a member of the zinc finger protein family, which plays critical roles in various biological processes, including transcriptional regulation, cell differentiation, and development. Research has shown that ZNF12 is involved in the regulation of gene expression, and its dysfunction has been associated with numerous diseases, including cancer. In recent years, scientists have increasingly focused on the recombinant expression of ZNF12 to study its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in signaling pathways. The creation of ZNF12 recombinant proteins enables researchers to investigate its structure-function relationship, particularly how its zinc finger motifs contribute to DNA binding and regulatory functions. Additionally, understanding the mechanisms underlying ZNF12's action may provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to its dysregulation. By employing techniques such as cloning, expression in various host systems, and purification, researchers aim to produce high-quality ZNF12 proteins for biochemical assays, structural studies, and functional analyses. This research is vital for elucidating the biological roles of ZNF12 and its potential implications in health and disease.
