Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TLE6, or TLE family member 6, is a member of the TLE (Transducin-like Enhancer of Split) protein family, which plays crucial roles in various cellular processes including development, differentiation, and signal transduction. TLE proteins are known to function as transcriptional corepressors, interacting with multiple transcription factors and playing significant roles in the regulation of gene expression. The study of TLE6 is particularly relevant in the context of early embryonic development and stem cell biology, where its expression is tightly regulated. Emerging research suggests that TLE6 may also be involved in pathways associated with cancer progression and cellular responses to external stimuli. Given its potential implications in developmental biology and disease, the characterization and production of recombinant TLE6 protein have garnered interest. Understanding the structure-function relationships of TLE6 could elucidate its biological roles and therapeutic potential. Thus, the development of stable and functional recombinant TLE6 proteins is essential for conducting in-depth studies on its molecular mechanisms and interactions within signaling pathways. These studies could provide insights into its functions in health and disease, fostering the development of targeted interventions or biotherapeutic applications.
