Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TLE4, or Transducin-Like Enhancer of Split 4, is a member of the Groucho/TLE family of corepressors that play a crucial role in various signaling pathways, particularly in development and differentiation processes. Research on TLE4 has gained attention due to its involvement in Notch signaling and its potential implications in cancer biology, where aberrant Notch signaling contributes to tumorigenesis. Understanding TLE4's function could provide insights into its role in regulating gene expression and cellular decision-making. Furthermore, TLE4's interaction with other proteins and transcription factors suggests it may be a critical player in mediating cellular responses to both developmental cues and pathological conditions. By investigating TLE4, scientists aim to uncover its specific molecular mechanisms and how it influences various biological processes, which could lead to novel therapeutic targets for diseases associated with dysregulated signaling pathways. As a recombinant protein, TLE4 allows for in-depth studies into its structure-function relationship, interactions, and role in disease mechanisms, fostering a better understanding of its biological significance in health and disease.
