  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TLE2 (Transducin-Like Enhancer of Split 2) is a member of the TLE family of transcriptional co-repressors, which play a crucial role in various cellular processes, including development, differentiation, and tumorigenesis. As an essential component of the Notch signaling pathway, TLE2 is involved in cell fate decisions and the maintenance of stem cell properties. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in mediating the effects of various signaling molecules and pathways, making it a key player in both normal physiology and disease states. Understanding the structure and function of TLE2 is vital for elucidating its role in transcriptional repression and interaction with other regulatory proteins. Furthermore, the potential implications of TLE2 in cancer biology have driven research to explore its expression patterns, post-translational modifications, and interaction networks. Investigating TLE2 recombinant proteins can provide insights into its functional domains and mechanistic roles, paving the way for therapeutic interventions in diseases where TLE2 is implicated. As the field continues to uncover the complexities of TLE2's function, its study may contribute significantly to our understanding of gene regulation and the development of targeted therapies in oncological and developmental contexts.
