Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZIC1, a member of the ZIC (Zinc finger of the Cerebellum) gene family, is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in neural development and differentiation. Research into ZIC1 recombinant protein has gained traction due to its implications in various biological processes, including the regulation of embryonic development, neural patterning, and cellular signaling pathways. ZIC1 is known to influence the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, making it a significant factor in neurogenesis. Abnormal expression of ZIC1 has been implicated in several neurological disorders and congenital malformations, underscoring the importance of understanding its functional mechanics. The production of recombinant ZIC1 protein allows for in-depth investigations into its structural properties, functional interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. By utilizing advanced molecular biology techniques, researchers can study the role of ZIC1 in cellular processes and its potential therapeutic applications in regenerative medicine and neurodevelopmental disorders. Additionally, elucidating the pathways through which ZIC1 operates may provide insights into mechanisms of disease and lead to the development of targeted interventions. Overall, the study of ZIC1 recombinant protein represents a crucial step in advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential clinical applications.
