Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TLE1 (Transducin-Like Enhancer of Split 1) is a member of the TLE gene family that plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including development, cell differentiation, and tumorigenesis. It acts primarily as a transcriptional co-repressor in the Notch signaling pathway, influencing cellular fate decisions during embryogenesis and tissue homeostasis. Research into TLE1 has gained momentum due to its association with several cancers, particularly its role in enhancing the proliferation and survival of cancer cells. The recombinant expression of TLE1 protein allows for in-depth studies of its functional mechanisms and interactions with various transcription factors. Understanding the structure and activity of TLE1 is vital for exploring potential therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts. As investigations into the precise molecular mechanisms underpinning TLE1's role in cellular processes continue to unfold, the recombinant TLE1 protein serves as a key tool for elucidating its function and the pathway networks it engages, thereby contributing to the broader understanding of its implications in cancer biology and tissue regulation.
