稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DIO1, or iodothyronine deiodinase type 1, is a pivotal enzyme involved in thyroid hormone metabolism, specifically in the conversion of thyroxine (T4) into the more active triiodothyronine (T3). Research surrounding DIO1 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its critical role in regulating metabolic processes, growth, and development in various physiological conditions. Abnormalities in DIO1 activity have been associated with a range of thyroid-related disorders, including hypothyroidism and resistance to thyroid hormone, highlighting the importance of understanding its functional dynamics at the molecular level. Recombinant DIO1 protein production offers a powerful tool for elucidating the enzyme's biochemical properties, mechanisms of action, and interactions with other cellular factors. Moreover, studying DIO1 from a structural perspective could pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies to manage thyroid dysfunctions and improve endocrine health. As the demand for targeted treatment options rises, DIO1 research is increasingly focused on its potential applications in personalized medicine, further underscoring the importance of generating high-quality recombinant DIO1 for in-depth studies and clinical relevance.
