稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THRAP6, or "THRAP6 homologue," is a relatively understudied protein that plays a pivotal role in RNA processing and transcription regulation. It is a member of the THRAP family of proteins, which are implicated in various cellular processes, including splicing and gene expression. Recent studies have indicated that THRAP6 may be involved in the regulation of mRNA stability and the assembly of ribonucleoprotein complexes, making it a critical player in post-transcriptional gene regulation. Additionally, aberrations in THRAP6 expression levels have been correlated with several diseases, including cancer, suggesting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Researchers have turned their focus towards the recombinant expression of THRAP6 to better understand its functional mechanisms at the molecular level. The generation of recombinant THRAP6 protein allows for detailed biophysical and biochemical characterization, enabling studies on its interactions with RNA and other protein partners. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of THRAP6 can provide insights into its role within cellular pathways and its contribution to human health and disease. Thus, the ongoing investigation into THRAP6, particularly through the use of recombinant technologies, is essential for unraveling its biological significance and potential applications in biomedical research.
