Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELMOD1 is a member of the ELMOD family of proteins, which are known to play crucial roles in cellular processes, such as endocytic recycling and autophagy. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of ELMOD1 in the regulation of these pathways, suggesting its involvement in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress signals. Research has shown that ELMOD1 interacts with actin and other cytoskeletal components, implicating it in the modulation of cytoskeletal organization and dynamics. Mutations or dysregulation of ELMOD1 have been linked to various pathologies, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The study of ELMOD1 recombinant protein not only advances our understanding of its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms but also provides insights into its role in health and disease. As a result, generating and characterizing ELMOD1 recombinant protein can facilitate the exploration of its interactions and functions within different cellular contexts, paving the way for potential applications in drug discovery and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
