Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of TGM7 (Transglutaminase 7) recombinant protein has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. TGM7 is a member of the transglutaminase family of enzymes that catalyze the cross-linking of proteins, which is crucial for maintaining the structural integrity and functionality of tissues. Research has revealed that TGM7 plays a vital role in skin homeostasis, wound healing, and inflammatory responses, making it an essential player in dermatological conditions. Furthermore, aberrations in TGM7 expression have been implicated in several pathologies, including autoimmune diseases and certain cancers. The ability to produce TGM7 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth functional studies, enabling researchers to elucidate its mechanistic roles and interactions within cellular environments. By employing techniques such as site-directed mutagenesis and protein engineering, scientists can explore the enzyme's catalytic properties and substrate specificities, providing insights into its physiological and pathological functions. This research not only enhances the understanding of TGM7's biological significance but also opens avenues for developing targeted therapies that modulate its activity for therapeutic benefits.
