Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TGIF (Thyroid hormone receptor interactor 1) is a crucial protein implicated in various biological processes, including development and cellular signaling pathways. Research into TGIF began due to its role as a transcriptional repressor that interacts with thyroid hormone receptors, influencing gene expression and regulation. Additionally, TGIF has been associated with developmental disorders such as holoprosencephaly, a condition arising from improper embryonic development. The study of TGIF's structure and function is vital for understanding its mechanism of action, particularly its involvement in genetic pathways and its potential implications in diseases, including cancers. Given the multifunctional nature of TGIF, scientists are focusing on its reorganization and interaction with other molecular partners to unveil therapeutic targets and strategies. Furthermore, elucidating TGIF’s structural features can provide insights into its functional role, contributing to the broader understanding of gene regulation and developmental biology. As such, the ongoing research on TGIF protein not only aims to clarify these intricate biological processes but also seeks to explore novel avenues for medical interventions in TGIF-related conditions.
