Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EFR3A is a protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and has been identified as a key component in the regulation of various physiological processes. It has garnered attention in recent studies due to its involvement in the regulation of receptors, particularly in the context of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), which are pivotal in mediating numerous cellular responses to external stimuli. The interest in EFR3A has been further amplified by its potential implications in diseases such as cancer and neurological disorders, where altered signaling pathways often play a critical role. Research has shown that EFR3A may influence the localization and function of certain receptors, thereby modulating their activity and ultimately affecting cellular behavior. Additionally, understanding the functional dynamics of EFR3A could provide insights into the broader mechanisms of signal transduction and its disruption in pathological conditions. As the characterization of EFR3A continues, the development of recombinant EFR3A protein has become a focal point to facilitate in-depth studies regarding its structure-function relationship, interaction with other signaling molecules, and its potential as a therapeutic target. The ability to produce this protein in a controlled environment paves the way for various biochemical assays, structural biology studies, and drug discovery efforts aimed at leveraging the unique properties of EFR3A for therapeutic advantage. Overall, research on EFR3A and its recombinant form represents a promising frontier in the understanding of complex cellular signaling networks and their implications for human health.
