稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is a pivotal hormone in the regulation of the reproductive axis, mediating the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the pituitary gland. The discovery of GnRH and its analogs has transformed our understanding of reproductive physiology and has significant implications for both reproductive health and therapeutic interventions. Research focusing on recombinant GnRH proteins has gained traction due to their potential application in treating various reproductive disorders, such as infertility, precocious puberty, and hormone-dependent cancers. Moreover, the use of recombinant technology enables the production of GnRH variants with enhanced stability, bioavailability, and specificity, which can improve the effectiveness of clinical treatments. Studies have also explored the role of GnRH in diverse biological processes beyond reproduction, including its impact on neuroendocrine function and behavior. The ongoing research in this area not only aims to elucidate the complex signaling pathways associated with GnRH but also to develop innovative strategies for harnessing its therapeutic potential. Overall, the exploration of GnRH recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing both fundamental biological knowledge and clinical practices in reproductive health.
