Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZCCHC8 is a zinc finger protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism and gene regulation. It has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its involvement in several diseases, particularly in the context of cancer and developmental disorders. Research has indicated that ZCCHC8 may participate in the regulation of microRNA biogenesis and the splicing of pre-mRNA, processes vital for maintaining proper cellular function. Moreover, mutations or dysregulation of ZCCHC8 have been linked to several pathological conditions, emphasizing the need to understand its functional mechanisms. Consequently, the recombinant expression of ZCCHC8 allows researchers to study its biochemical properties, interactions, and effects on cellular pathways in a controlled environment. By utilizing techniques such as overexpression and purification of the ZCCHC8 protein, scientists can investigate its role in RNA binding and its influence on downstream gene expression. This research not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of ZCCHC8's biological functions but also holds potential for therapeutic applications, including the development of targeted interventions for conditions associated with its dysregulation. Overall, the ongoing studies on ZCCHC8 recombinant protein aim to elucidate its complex roles in cellular biology and disease, paving the way for advancements in precision medicine.
