稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNR1, also known as the cannabinoid receptor type 1, plays a crucial role in the endocannabinoid system, which regulates various physiological processes including appetite, pain sensation, mood, and memory. The receptor is primarily located in the brain and the central nervous system, where it modulates neurotransmission and neuronal excitability. Research on CNR1 has gained momentum due to its implications in various neurological disorders such as obesity, anxiety, and epilepsy, as well as its potential therapeutic applications. The recombinant expression of CNR1 allows for detailed study of its structure and function, enabling scientists to investigate the binding properties of cannabinoids and their effects on receptor activation. Such studies are essential to understand the receptor's role in health and disease, paving the way for the development of novel pharmacological agents targeting the endocannabinoid system. Advances in molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics have facilitated the generation of CNR1 recombinant proteins, which serve as valuable tools for pharmacological screening and the design of drugs that could selectively modulate CNR1 activity.
