Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZC3HAV1, a member of the ZC3H family of zinc finger proteins, plays a pivotal role in the immune response against viral infections. Initially identified in studies focusing on host-pathogen interactions, ZC3HAV1 is known for its ability to recognize and bind to viral RNA, particularly that of RNA viruses. This protein acts as an important player in the antiviral defense mechanism by facilitating the degradation of viral RNA and influencing the expression of type I interferons. Research has shown that ZC3HAV1 can modulate various cellular pathways, enhancing the immune response and contributing to the attenuation of viral proliferation. Additionally, this protein has garnered attention for its potential therapeutic implications, particularly in the development of antiviral strategies and vaccine design. Understanding the structure and function of the ZC3HAV1 recombinant protein is crucial for deciphering its role in the immune landscape and its applications in combating viral diseases. As such, ongoing studies focus on characterizing the recombinant form of ZC3HAV1 to explore its biological activities, interaction with other immune factors, and potential as a target for new antiviral drugs. The investigation into this protein not only addresses fundamental questions about immune regulation but also contributes to the broader field of immunology and virology, highlighting the importance of host factors in the fight against infectious diseases.
