Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCFL5, or T Cell Factor-Like 5, is a crucial protein that plays a pivotal role in various biological processes, including immune response regulation and cellular differentiation. The study of TCFL5 is of particular interest due to its involvement in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for embryonic development and stem cell maintenance. Dysregulation of this pathway can lead to several diseases, including cancer, making TCFL5 a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers have been investigating the structural and functional characteristics of recombinant TCFL5 proteins to better understand their role in these pathways. By employing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce large quantities of TCFL5, allowing for detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization. This includes investigating its interactions with other proteins and understanding how mutations may affect its function. The insights gained from TCFL5 research not only enhance our understanding of immune and developmental biology but also hold promise for developing novel strategies in disease treatment and management. Furthermore, TCFL5's potential as a biomarker in cancer diagnosis is an active area of research, highlighting the translational significance of studying this protein. As a result, TCFL5 represents a compelling focus for ongoing studies aimed at deciphering its complex roles in health and disease.
