Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EBF3 (Early B-cell Factor 3) is a member of the EBF family of transcription factors, which play critical roles in the development and function of various cell types, particularly in the immune system. Research into EBF3 has gained momentum due to its involvement in B-cell differentiation and its potential implications in immune-related disorders and malignancies. Studies have identified EBF3 as a key regulator of genes involved in B-cell lineage commitment, influencing processes such as proliferation, survival, and response to signaling pathways. Notably, aberrations in EBF3 expression have been linked to several hematological conditions, including lymphomas and leukemias, suggesting its significance in oncogenesis. Moreover, the characterization of EBF3 as a repressor of certain transcriptional networks positions it as a vital component in maintaining cellular fidelity. The production of recombinant EBF3 protein facilitates detailed biochemical and structural studies, enabling researchers to investigate its functional mechanisms and interactions with other proteins, thereby enhancing the understanding of its role in B-cell biology and associated diseases. The exploration of EBF3 and its pathways could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting immune dysregulation and cancer, making it a promising candidate for future research and clinical applications.
