稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELA2A (Endoplasmic reticulum Aminopeptidase 2A) is an important enzyme involved in the processing of peptides in the endoplasmic reticulum, playing a crucial role in the immune response and peptide presentation. The research on ELA2A recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential applications in immunology and vaccine development. This enzyme is known to cleave specific peptide substrates, which can enhance the presentation of antigens to T cells, therefore influencing immune activation. Understanding the mechanism of ELA2A and its substrate interactions can lead to novel therapeutic approaches for autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer immunotherapy. The production of ELA2A as a recombinant protein allows for detailed study of its enzymatic properties and biological functions. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the efficient expression and purification of this enzyme, making it possible to explore its role in various biological processes. Furthermore, the study of ELA2A may provide insights into the design of more effective vaccines by optimizing the presentation of immunogenic peptides. Overall, the research into ELA2A recombinant protein not only deepens our understanding of immune system dynamics but also heralds new avenues for clinical applications in disease management.
